Розрахунки за виконаний обсяг робіт здійснюються Замовником в розмірі 100 % у безготівковій формі на підставі підписаного Сторонами акту здачі-приймання виконаних робіт протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дня його підписання. Фінансові зобов’язання Замовника за Договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах відповідних асигнувань. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за Договором за виконаний обсяг робіт здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування робіт на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Місцезнаходження Замовника: 61052, Україна, Харківська обл., м. Харків, вул. Полтавський шлях, 11. Вид закупівлі: спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки: ціна, питома вага критерію – 100%.
