Оплата послуг здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника за фактично виконані роботи на умовах відстрочки платежу до 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту та на підставі підписаних Сторонами актів форми №КБ-2в та довідок форми №КБ-3.3.5. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за виконані роботи здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.Місцезнаходження замовника - 20300, Черкаська обл., місто Умань, ВУЛИЦЯ Білогрудівська, будинок 2. Категорія замовника - юридичні особи, які є підприємствами, установами, організаціями та їх об’єднання, які забезпечують потреби держави або територіальної громади. Вид закупівлі - спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень.
