Explanation
Учасника №1 (ТОВ «ГРУП ІНТРЕЙД») було дискваліфіковано із за його відмови підписувати Договір за формою наведеною у Конкурсі. Учасник №1 оскаржив дискваліфікацію в ДК «Укроборонпром». ДК «Укроборонпром» дав можливість повторно Учаснику №1 укласти Договір. Учасник №1 уклав Договір. У зв’язку з тим, що на цей час рішення дискваліфікації не можливо скасувати, Конкурс скасовується, а договір з Учасником № 1 буде оприлюднено на ЕСЗ Прозоро шляхом публікації Звіту.
