Категорія замовника Комунальне підприємство «Тернопількомунінвест» – відповідно до п.3 ч.1. ст. 2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" в новій редакції від 19.04.2020 р. – юридична особа яка забезпечує потреби держави або територіальної громади та є … одержувачем бюджетних коштів . Усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції Учасника, складаються українською мовою. Місце знаходження замовника - 46017, вул. Київська, 3А, м. Тернопіль, Тернопільська область. Код ЄДРПОУ - 32865587. Тендерна пропозиція обов’язково повинна супроводжуватись документом, що підтверджує надання Учасником забезпечення тендерної пропозиції (відповідно до оголошення про закупівлю). Документ, що підтверджує надання Учасником забезпечення тендерної пропозиції повинен бути оформлений у відповідності до вимог чинного законодавства України. Строк дії забезпечення тендерної пропозиції (строк дії гарантії) – не менше 90 календарних днів з дати кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій, яка вказана в оголошенні на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу. Банківська гарантія повинна бути безвідкличною. Гарантія має передбачати лише можливість сплати всієї суми, на яку вона видана (часткові сплати-заборонені). В тексті гарантії обов’язково повинно бути зазначено: Зобов’язання Банку-гаранта сплатити Замовнику гарантійну суму єдиним платежем протягом 5-ти банківських днів з дня отримання вимог Замовника без подання будь-яких інших документів або виконання будь-яких інших умов. Умови гарантії не можуть бути змінені і вона не може бути припинена Банком-гарантом, в тому числі згідно із заявою Учасника, без згоди та погодження з Замовником, після її передавання / надсилання Замовнику. Гарантія має набувати чинності з дня її надання.
