Description:

Для платників ПДВ: розрахунки за виконані Підрядником роботи проводяться Замовником по факту виконаних робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Актів приймання виконаних робіт за формою КБ-2в та Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 та отримання Замовником рахунку-фактури. Остаточний розрахунок проводиться після підписання Акта введення об’єкта в експлуатацію. Строк оплати протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної, але не пізніше 20.01.2021 року. Для не платників ПДВ: строк оплати протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів по факту виконаних робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Актів приймання виконаних робіт за формою КБ-2в та Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 та отримання Замовником рахунку-фактури.
