Відповідно до пункту 2 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» відмінити тендер «Твepдe паливо (Byгiлля кам’яне)», оголошення про проведення якої оприлюднене на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу за № UA-2020-09-24-014955-a на підставі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути. Протягом одного робочого дня з дня прийняття цього рішення зазначити в електронній системі закупівель підстави прийняття цього рішення.
