Description:

У разі необхідності, за листом Підрядника, Замовник згідно п.1 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України №1070 від 04.12.2019 року «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» надає Підряднику попередню оплату на роботи за капітальними видатками. Кошти попередньої оплати спрямовуються на небюджетний рахунок, відкритий на ім’я Підрядника в органах Державної казначейської служби у встановленому законодавством порядку. Підрядник зобов’язаний в трьохмісячний термін використати одержану попередню оплату та підтвердити її використання актами приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма № КБ-2в), а не використані кошти повернути Замовнику.

Description:

Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються в національній валюті України у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів з реєстраційного рахунка Замовника на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника відкритий в установі банку, на підставі оформленого акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт ( форма № КБ-2в) та довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (форма № КБ-3) поетапно в міру виконання робіт проміжними платежами.
