Для платників ПДВ: Розрахунки за виконані Підрядником роботи проводяться Замовником по факту виконаних робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Актів приймання виконаних робіт за формою КБ-2в та Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 та отримання Замовником рахунку-фактури але неменше 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної. Для не платників ПДВ: Оплата здійснюється по факту виконаних робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Актів приймання виконаних робіт за формою КБ-2в та Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 та отримання Замовником рахунку-фактури протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів.
