Відмінити торги 6242-20-ВТ на закупівлю 42120000-6 (Насос занурний) в кількості 1 шт. на підставі пункту 2 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIІІ неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути, оскільки учасником ТОВ «Панда Групп» на етапі прекваліфікації було розкрито тендерну (цінову) пропозицію із зазначенням ціни, чим порушено абз. 3 ч. 1 ст. 28 та п. 1. ч. 1 ст. 5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIІІ.
