Description:

Приймання та оплата виконанних робіт здійснюється виключно в межах витрат, визначеного у затвердженому в установленному порядку фінансовому плані ДП «АМПУ» на поточний рік з урахуванням вимог Постанови КМУ від 03.10.2012р. № 899 та Постанови КМУ від 27.02.2019р. № 133. Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється послідовно за етапи виконання робіт. Оплата за етапи виконаних робіт здійснюється в термін не більше 15 банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником звітної документації, відповідного рахунку та підписаного «Акту прийому-передачі виконаних робіт» шляхом перерахування Виконавцю коштів у розмірі згідно умов Договору (Додаток № 2 до Договору). Розрахунки здійснюються шляхом оплати рахунку Замовником після підписання Сторонами «Акту прийому-передачі виконаних робіт», за виконання робіт Виконавцем. Остаточний розрахунок за Договором здійснюється після надання Виконавцем звітної документації Замовнику за тринадцятим (завершальним) етапом виконання робіт згідно Календарного плану виконання робіт (Додаток № 2 до Договору), на підставі підписаного акту прийому-передачі виконаних робіт, та оформлення рахунку. Власні кошти Замовника.
