Description:

Замовник має право, але не зобов’язаний перерахувати Виконавцю аванс (попередню оплату) за надання послуг до 30% загальної вартості послуг на підставі рахунку-фактури протягом 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів з моменту укладення даного Договору. Зарахування авансу здійснюється на підставі актів надання послуг протягом 90 (дев’яноста) календарних днів з дати перерахування авансу, але не пізніше 25.12.2020 року, в іншому випадку Виконавець повертає кошти на рахунок Замовника. Такий аванс може бути наданий Виконавцю лише за наявності бюджетного фінансування. Замовник не здійснює Виконавцю попередню оплату згідно до умов даного пункту у разі виявлення порушень з боку Виконавця умов договорів про надання послуг щодо повернення попередньої оплати, зобов’язання по яких були зареєстровані після 01.01.2020 року.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться за фактично надані послуги після підписання Замовником представлених Виконавцем належно оформлених актів надання послуг, рахунку на оплату, шляхом проміжних платежів, протягом 10-ти банківських днів та тільки в межах бюджетних призначень і при умові поступлення коштів на рахунок Замовника по даному об’єкту. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування штрафні санкції до Замовника у зв’язку з затримкою оплати не застосовуються.
