Грантовий контракт № 2020/415-429 ) УВАГА: Закупівля за кошти Гранту буде здійснюватися в пільговому режимі без ПДВ на підставі міжнародного договору - Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України і Комісією Європейських Співтовариств № 994-763 від 03 вересня 2008 року, ратифікованою Законом України № 360-VI від 03.09.2008р.;
