Предмет закупівлі по коду ДК 021:2015 – 90460000-9 Послуги зі спорожнення вигрібних ям і септиків (комунальні послуги з вивезення та розміщення рідких нечистот з вигрібних ям) вважається новим, так як не був передбачений при проведені відкритих торгів на початку бюджетного году. Підстава: роз’яснення Міністерства економічного розвитку і торгівлі України від 14.09.2016 № 3302-06/29640-06 та Довідка ДОН Запорізької обласної державної адміністрації про зміни до кошторису на 2020 р від 13.08.2020 № 595.
