в оголошенні про проведення закупівлі UA-2020-09-17-001780-c не зазначено інформацію про мову, якою повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції, невірно визначено предмет закупівлі, а саме у плані UA-P-2020-09-16-002489-b помилково визначено предмет закупівлі товару замовником без урахування нового Порядку визначення предмету закупівлі затвердженого наказом Мінекономрозвитку від 15.05.2020 № 708. Предмет закупівлі товарів і послуг визначається замовником згідно з пунктами 21 і 34 частини першої ст. 1 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» за показником четвертої цифри із застосуванням показників цифр основного словника національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник”. Також тендерна документація складена без урахування прийнятого 19.09.2019 Верховною Радою Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” та деяких інших законодавчих актів України щодо вдосконалення публічних закупівель» № 114-IX, яким викладено вказаний Закон України «Про публічні закупівлі» в новій редакції
