Споживач здійснює авансовий платіж в розмірі до 60% вартості очікуваного обсягу споживання електричної енергії в наступному розрахунковому періоді, згідно відповідного рахунку Постачальника, який виставляється ним впродовж поточного розрахункового періоду

Description:

- в разі якщо вартість фактично спожитої електричної енергії (згідно акту прийняття-передавання товарної продукції) в розрахунковому періоді перевищує сплачену суму авансу, різниця оплачується Споживачем згідно відповідного рахунку Постачальника; - в разі якщо сума сплаченого Споживачем авансу перевищує вартість фактично спожитої у відповідний розрахунковий період електричної енергії, різниця зараховується як аванс наступного розрахункового періоду, якщо цим Договором або Сторонами не обумовлено інше. Всі рахунки Постачальника за цим Договором оплачуються Споживачем впродовж 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з дня, наступного за днем отримання оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку.
