Відповідно словнику національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015, картопля має код 03212100-1 та відноситься до групи товарів «зернові культури та картопля» з кодом 03210000-6, а капуста та цибуля відноситься до групи товарів «овочі, фрукти та горіхи» під кодом 03220000-9. Тобто це різні предмети закупівлі по четвертій цифрі класифікатора і вони не можуть об’єднуватись в один. В даному випадку наявне невірне визначення предмету закупівлі.
