Description:

За умови наявності коштів Замовник може здійснювати попередню оплату згідно виставленого рахунку у розмірі не більше 30 % річного обсягу послуг відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 4 грудня 2019 року № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти». Загальна сума коштів, на яку здійснюється авансування, не може сумарно перевищувати 30 % від вартості річного обсягу послуг. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі актів виконаних робіт по формі КБ-3, підписаного уповноваженими представниками сторін. По закінченні зазначеного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику.
