Description:

Замовник може здійснювати попередню оплату в розмірі 30% від ціни договору на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів. Підрядник зобов’язується підтвердити актом виконаних робіт та іншими документами (у разі необхідності з відповідними сертифікатами) суму попередньої оплати на протязі трьох календарних місяців. Після закінчення зазначеного терміну невикористана сума попередньої оплати повертається на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника. В подальшому роботи виконуються за рахунок оборотних коштів Підрядника. Попередня оплата проводиться відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 року № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти».

Description:

Остаточний розрахунок, проводиться Замовником на підставі актів виконаних робіт, підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін, та засвідчених у встановленому законодавством порядку представником технічного нагляду Замовника. Оплата за виконані роботи проводиться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника протягом 15-ти банківських днів з моменту підписання Акту виконаних робіт та відповідно до наданого рахунку. У разі руйнування або пошкодження об'єкта внаслідок непереборної сили до спливу встановленого договором строку здачі об'єкта, а також у разі неможливості завершити виконання робіт з інших причин, що не залежать від Замовника, Підрядник не має права вимагати від замовника плату за роботу або оплату витрат. Всі розрахунки проводяться за наявності фінансування Замовника.
