Враховуючи вимоги Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон), у зв’язку із наявністю підстав для відміни спрощеної закупівлі ДК 021:2015 – 85140000-2 Послуги у сфері охорони здоров’я різні (загальний аналіз крові з ШОЕ, загальний аналіз крові з лейкоцитарною формулою ШОЕ), ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2020-09-14-005164-a, а саме п.2 ч.17 ст.14 неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель (порушено строк розгляду найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції) та вжиття у зв’язку з цим заходів, передбачених ч. 19 ст. 14 Закону.
