Description:

Остаточний розрахунок - протягом 180 (сто вісімдесят) банківських днів після підписання Замовником Акту приймання-передачі виконаних робіт, складеного за допомогою програмного забезпечення АВК-5 за умови здачі об’єкта в експлуатацію відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 13 квітня 2011 р. № 461 «Питання прийняття в експлуатацію закінчених будівництвом об’єктів», або Правил введення в роботу технічно переоснащених або замінених складових частин об’єктів діючих електричних мереж напругою від 0,38 кВ до 110 (150) кВ, затверджених наказом Міністерства енергетики та вугільної промисловості України від 08.11.2011 N 691 та передачі Замовнику копій всіх дозволів та погоджень, що були отримані Підрядником на початок робіт та в процесі виконання робіт. Довідка про вартість виконаних робіт за Договором також складається за допомогою програмного забезпечення АВК-5 та має довідковий характер.
