Відхилення тендерної пропозиції учасника на підставі абзацу п’ятого пункту першого частини першої статті 31 Закону, а саме: учасник не виправив виявлені замовником після розкриття тендерних пропозицій невідповідності в інформації та/або документах, що подані ним у своїй тендерній пропозиції, протягом 24 годин з моменту розміщення замовником в електронній системі закупівель повідомлення з вимогою про усунення таких невідповідностей. Обгрунтування Зі змісту поданих учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції документів неможливо встановити наявність у учасника досвіду виконання аналогічного (аналогічних) за предметом закупівлі договору (договорів), що вимагалось відповідно до положень статті 16 Закону. 16.10.2020 о 13:24 замовником оприлюднено повідомлення з вимогою про усунення невідповідностей з урахуванням вимог частини шістнадцятої статті 29 Закону. Учасник не виправив виявлені замовником після розкриття тендерних пропозицій невідповідності в інформації та/або документах, що подані ним у своїй тендерній пропозиції, протягом 24 годин з моменту розміщення замовником в електронній системі закупівель повідомлення з вимогою про усунення таких невідповідностей.
