Description:

Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються на підставі видаткової накладної Постачальника, яка виписується у відповідності до заявки Замовника та специфікації. Замовник здійснює оплату за одержаний Товар шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 робочих днів з моменту передачі Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 15 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок. Місцезнаходження замовника: 20746, Черкаська обл., Смілянський район, с.Березняки, ВУЛИЦЯ ХИМИЧІВ, будинок 1А. Категорія замовника - органи державної влади та органи місцевого самоврядування, зазначені у пункті 1 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Вид закупівлі - процедура закупівлі - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) дорівнює або перевищує 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки: Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної закупівлі є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%). Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою.
