Description:

Замовник має право здійснювати попередню оплату робіт у розмірі до 30 відсотків від вартості робіт, згідно з Постановою Кабінету Міністрів від 04 грудня 2019 року №1070. За письмовим зверненням Виконавця Замовник може прийняти рішення щодо авансування у розмірі до 30% (тридцяти відсотків) від розміру ціни, наведеної в п.3.1 Договору, (у разі наявності фінансування) який Виконавець зобов’язується використати протягом терміну встановленого розпорядником коштів з моменту отримання цього авансу. Використання авансу підтверджується на підставі акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою КБ-2в та довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою №КБ-3, підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін. По закінченню вищевказаного терміну, протягом 1 (одного) робочого дня, невикористана сума авансу має бути повернута Замовнику.
