Відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», Замовник має право здійснювати попередню оплату у розмірі до 30% річного обсягу робіт (що не перевищує 30% вартості Договору) для придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів і обладнання, а Підрядник зобов’язується освоїти його протягом трьох місяців від моменту отримання. Після закінчення трьох місячного терміну, невикористана сума попередньої оплати повертається Підрядником на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
