Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити виконані Підрядником та прийняті Замовником послуги протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання відповідного акта приймання-передачі виконаних робіт за відповідний місяць. Розрахунки з Підрядником здійснюються Замовником лише після надання Підрядником Замовнику повного комплекту виконавчої документації, передбаченого для такого виду послуг чинним законодавством України. У разі не надання перелічених у цьому пункті необхідних документів, Замовник може відступити від термінів оплати, передбаченим цим Договором, до надання цих документів та надання послуг
