Замовник перераховує Підряднику попередню оплату (аванс) у розмірі 30% від загальної ціни цього Договору, що становить ____________грн. (______________гривень ___ коп.) без ПДВ, крім того, ПДВ 20% - _______________грн. (______________гривень ___ коп.), всього з урахуванням ПДВ становить _______________грн. (______________гривень ___ коп.), з урахуванням вимог Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 1070 від 04.12.2019 року «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та відповідно до наказу Департаменту житлово-комунальної інфраструктури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) від 04.05.2020 № 25-ОД «Про затвердження Положення про попередню оплату товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуются за бюджетні кошти в 2020 році», протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дня реєстрації цього Договору у відповідному органі Державної казначейської служби України, та настання відкладальної обставини.

Розрахунки за якісно та вчасно виконані роботи проводяться Замовником виключно за бюджетні кошти, після отримання цільових бюджетних коштів на свій рахунок та на підставі Актів КБ-2в, Актів приймання-передавання змонтованого обладнання та Довідок КБ-3, з урахуванням раніше сплаченого авансу, протягом 90-та банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами таких Актів та Довідок.
