У висновку Управління Західного офісу Держаудитслужби в Івано-Франківській області встановлено порушення законодавства в частині складання форм документів у сфері публічних закупівель, а саме Замовником не накладено кваліфікований електронний підпис посадової особи на форму оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів та тендерну документацію, чим порушено вимоги частини третьої наказу Міністерства економічного розвитку і торгівлі України від 11 червня 2020 року № 1082 «Про затвердження Порядку розміщення інформації про публічні закупівлі». На виконання зобов’язання щодо усунення порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, вжито заходи передбачені пунктом 2 частини першої статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
