Description:

1. Перелік критеріїв та методика оцінки тендерних пропозицій із зазначенням питомої ваги критеріїв- Ціна 100%, оцінка пропозицій проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель шляхом застосування електронного аукціону. Найбільш економічно вигідною пропозицією буде вважатися пропозиція з найнижчою ціною з урахуванням усіх податків та зборів (в тому числі податку на додану вартість (ПДВ), у разі якщо учасник є платником ПДВ). 2. Технічні (якісні) вимоги до предмета закупівлі: поставлений товар повинен бути вільний від будь-якого дефекту виробництва та виготовлений у повній відповідності з технічними умовами на даний вид товару, повинен бути новим та таким, що раніше не використовувався, і складатися з матеріалів, що раніше не використовувалися. Якість товару повинна відповідати вимогам технічної і експлуатаційної документації виробника, ДСТУ, ГСТУ, ГОСТ чи ТУ України.Закупівля товару буде здійснюватися відповідно до коду економічної класифікації видатків 2210 (з урахуванням ПДВ), а тому Замовником не будуть прийматися до розгляду пропозиції Учасників процедури закупівлі, у яких ціна товару без ПДВ буде перевищувати граничний розмір видатків за КЕКВ 2210 (вартість одиниці товару до 6000,00 без ПДВ).
