Тендерна пропозиція ТОВ "АрБіСі Груп" не відповідає вимогам законодавства, а саме на накладено КЕП (ЕЦП) на тендерну пропозицію учасника, а також неможливо перевірити КЕП (ЕЦП) по банківській гарантії учасника. З огляду на вищезазначене, пропозиція ТОВ «"АрБіСі Груп" підлягала відхиленню на етапі прекваліфікації. Враховуючи вище визначене, відповідно до п. 2 ч.2 ст.32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) Замовник відміняє тендер у зв’язку неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель.
