У зв’язку з виявленими невідповідностями між розміщеним в тендерній документації технічним завданням та робочим проектом на капітальний ремонт (утеплення фасадів) частини будівлі Коледжу, а також неможливістю внести зміни до документації на даному етапі, виникла необхідність відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
