З урахуванням ДСТУ Б. Д.1.1-1:2013 «Правила визначення вартості будівництва». Більш детальна інформація (в т.ч. про місце, строк та обсяг виконання робіт) зазначена в тендерній документації. Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні … пропозиції: Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо Учасником, викладаються українською мовою. У разі надання інших документів складених мовою іншою ніж українська або російська мова, такі документи повинні супроводжуватися перекладом українською мовою, переклад (або справжність підпису перекладача) – засвідчений нотаріально або легалізований у встановленому законодавством України порядку. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Виходячи зі змісту пункту 5.8.13 ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013, закупвля оголошена з очікуваною вартістю без врахування податку на додану вартість (без ПДВ) в межах передбачених річним планом закупівель на 2020 рік.

Замовник здійснює попередню оплату (аванс) у розмірі 30 % (тридцяти) від ціни Договору, визначеної п. 2.1. Договору, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання від Виконавця оригіналу рахунку. Оригінал рахунку надається Виконавцем після отримання від Замовника письмового повідомлення про початок виконання Робіт.

Description:

Остаточний розрахунок здійснюється після прийняття Замовником Робіт, фактично виконаних за Договором підряду у повному обсязі, з урахуванням вартості цих Робіт, прийнятих за актами виконаних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та довідки КБ-3 з урахуванням авансу здійсненого згідно з п. 2.3. Договору, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання Акту приймання-передачі наданих Послуг (далі – Акт) на підставі оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку.
