Замовником були опрацьовані зауваження та порушення, які були виявлені органом Державної аудиторської служби України Східного офісу держаудитслужби в Запорізькій області (UA-EDR: 41127371) . На підставі висновку вищезазначеного органу від 09.09.2020, було прийнято рішення уповноваженою особою замовника Комунальна установа «Заводський районний фізкультурно-спортивний комплекс», код ЄДРПОУ 24517096( Протокольне рішення №50) про відміну закупівлі «Капітальний ремонт приміщень першого поверху будівлі / літ.А-3/,а саме кімнат 50,51,54,57,80, розташованих по вул. Перемоги ,131,м. Запоріжжя» ( ID закупівліUA-2020-08-14-003071-c):Згідно п. 2. ч.1 ст. 32 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» від 19.09.2019 №114-ШX, а саме : неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунити

Розрахунки за виконані роботи будуть здійснюватися з урахуванням положень Загальних умов укладання та виконання договорів підряду в капітальному будівництві, затверджені Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2005р. № 668 (далі – Загальні умови) на підставі актів приймання виконаних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та довідок про вартість виконаних робіт (форма КБ-3) проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт. Бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються після отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень згідно ст.23 та ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України.
