Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі, в тому числі і обсяг надання послуг викладено у Додаток № 2 до оголошення. … Виконувати роботи у відповідності з вимогами будівельних норм та правил. Єдиний критерій оцінки пропозицій - Ціна, з податком на додану вартість (ПДВ). Питома вага цінового критерію становить 100 відсотків. Інші критерії оцінки пропозицій Замовником не застосовуються .

Explanation

Згідно з частиною 11 статті 14 Закону замовник розглядає на відповідність умовам, визначеним в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, та вимогам до предмета закупівлі пропозицію учасника, яка за результатами електронного аукціону (у разі його проведення) визначена найбільш економічно вигідною. Строк розгляду найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції не повинен перевищувати п’ять робочих днів з дня завершення електронного аукціону. Оскільки при проведенні процедури закупівлі, на етапі розгляду пропозицій учасників, замовником було пропущено строк розгляду найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції, необхідно відмінити зазначену процедуру на підставі пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону, а саме у зв’язку з неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
