Відмінити спрощену закупівлю, оголошення про яку оприлюднене на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу з питань закупівель (UA-2020-08-11-004930-b) на суму 154 963,00 грн без ПДВ, за предметом закупівлі код ДК 021:2015- 90730000-3 «Відстеження, моніторинг забруднень і відновлення» (Послуги з відбору проб та лабораторного аналізу повітряного середовища від стаціонарних джерел забруднюючих речовин в атмосферне повітря, в тому числі контроль ефективності установок очистки газу), з підстав що передбачені п.2 ч.17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель (виявлені невідповідності в документації)
