Description:

Здійснення Замовником попередньої оплати у розмірі 30% від загальної ціни Договору, передбаченої п. 3.1 цього Договору, та становить __________,00 грн. (__________________ грн. 00 коп.), крім того ПДВ 20% – ______________ грн. (_______________ грн. 00 коп.), що усього з ПДВ становить ___________,00 грн. _______________ грн. 00 коп.) на підставі рахунку-фактури, наданого Підрядником, протягом 7 робочих днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Договору та отримання Замовником відповідного рахунку-фактури. Підрядник протягом 20 календарних днів з дня отримання авансових коштів підтверджує їх використання наданням Замовнику звіту про використання коштів за призначенням, який стає невід’ємною частиною Договору, разом з підтверджуючими документами (копії накладних/актів, платіжних доручень з відміткою банку, тощо). В разі ненадання у встановлений строк такого звіту або виявлення факту нецільового використання та/або невикористання (неповного використання) авансового платежу Замовник вправі достроково розірвати Договір, повідомивши Підрядника та/або вимагати повернення всієї суми авансового платежу, з урахуванням інфляції та 20 відсотків річних, а Підрядник зобов’язаний задовольнити таку вимогу протягом 5 календарних днів з моменту її направлення Замовником.

Остаточний розрахунок здійснюється Замовником шляхом оплати за фактом якісного виконання робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Акта КБ-2в та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат за формою № КБ-3 (далі - Довідка КБ-3) у термін до 45 календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами відповідних Актів, з врахуванням суми фактично отриманого авансу.
