Оплата проводиться за фактично виконану роботу на підставі рахунку наданого Підрядником. Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися пропозиції - українська. Документи, які не готуються учасником та представлені в складі пропозиції, можуть бути надані як українською, так і російською мовами. Якщо в складі пропозиції надається документ на іншій мові ніж українська або російська, учасник надає переклад цього документа. Відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник.
