4.3.1. Попередня оплата може здійснюватися в розмірі не більше сорока відсотків від ціни договору протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів після підписання Акта про початок надання послуг на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку (рахунків, у разі здійснення попередньої оплати частинами).

4.3.2. У разі підписання Проміжного акта (актів) приймання-передачі наданих послуг (з оформленням форм КБ-2, КБ-3) в обсягах не менше п’ятдесяти відсотків від ціни Договору з ПДВ, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів Замовником на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку може бути сплачено наступний платіж в розмірі десяти відсотків від ціни договору за умови виконання пп. 6.3.7-6.3.9 Договору. 4.3.3. У разі підписання Проміжного акта (актів) приймання-передачі наданих послуг (з оформленням форм КБ-2, КБ-3) в обсягах не менше семидесяти відсотків від ціни Договору з ПДВ, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів Замовником на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку може бути сплачено наступний платіж в розмірі двадцяти відсотків від ціни договору за умови виконання пп. 6.3.7-6.3.9 Договору. 4.3.5. Остаточний розрахунок здійснюється протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів після затвердження Замовником Акта приймання-передачі наданих послуг за Договором (з оформленням форм КБ-2, КБ-3) за умови виконання пп. 6.3.7-6.3.9 Договору. В Акті приймання-передачі наданих послуг для підтвердження використання коштів попередньої оплати зазначається розмір такої попередньої оплати.
