Після закінчення строку подання тендерних пропозицій виявлено, що тендерна документація в недотримання норм п.18 ч.2 ст.22 Закону не містить вимоги про зазначення учасником у тендерній пропозиції інформації (повне найменування та місцезнаходження) щодо кожного суб’єкта господарювання, якого учасник планує залучати до виконання робіт чи послуг як субпідрядника/співвиконавця в обсязі не менше 20 відсотків від вартості договору про закупівлю, з огляду на що прийнято рішення про відміну процедури відкритих торгів на закупівлю послуг за кодом ДК 021:2015 - 71330000-0 Інженерні послуги різні (Послуги з розробки (коригування) норм витрат паливно-мастильних матеріалів для суден) (оголошення UA-2020-07-31-006816-c) відповідно до п.2 ч.1 ст. 32 Закону через неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
