7) Підстави відхилення тендерної пропозиції (у разі відхилення) згідно зі статтею 31 Закону: 7.1. НАУКОВО-ІНЖЕНЕРНО-ПРОМИСЛОВЕ ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «ЕКОФЛОК», код ЄДРПОУ: 25662363: - абзац 3 пункту 1 частини 1 статті 31 Закону: учасник процедури закупівлі не відповідає встановленим абзацом першим частини третьої статті 22 цього Закону вимогам до учасника відповідно до законодавства; Аргументація: Не відповідає наступним вимогам Тендерної документації: -п. 1.2. ч. 1 Розділу ІІІ: учасником надано заповнений неналежним чином опитувальник контрагента – юридичної особи із зазначенням посадових осіб або представників учасника, до повноважень яких належить підписання документів пропозиції та договору; учасником не надано документального підтвердження вартості чистих активів товариства станом на кінець попереднього кварталу - абзац 8 пункту 1 частини 1 статті 31 Закону: учасник процедури закупівлі визначив конфіденційною інформацію, що не може бути визначена як конфіденційна відповідно до вимог частини другої статті 28 цього Закону. Аргументація: Учасник всупереч вимогам частини другої статті 28 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та ч.3 Розділу ІV Тендерної документації визначив як конфіденційні документи, що містять інформацію про технічні умови, технічні специфікації та документи, що підтверджують відповідність кваліфікаційним критеріям відповідно до статті 16 Закону, і документи, що підтверджують відсутність підстав, установлених статтею 17 Закону.
