Керуючись а.2 п.1 ст.32 Закону України від 19.09.2019р. № 114-ІX «Про публічні закупівлі» (надалі – Закон): «неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, які неможливо усунити», відмінити спрощену процедуру щодо закупівлі послуг за кодом ДК 021:2015 45000000-7 Будівельні роботи та поточний ремонт (Поточний ремонт по влаштуванню вбиральних для осіб з обмеженими можливостями в сімейній амбулаторії №3 КНП ММР “Центр первинної медико-санітарної допомоги №7”), ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2020-07-31-003048-c: неможливості виконання робіт у строк до 01-10-2020 року, який зазначений у п.4.4. 4 розділі Загальних положень тендерної документації.
