Description:

Замовник здійснює розрахунки за надані послуги з поточного ремонту цифрових АТС, на підставі виставленого рахунку Виконавцем на адресу Замовника, шляхом зарахування Замовником коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами всіх актів прийому-передачі наданих послуг по кожному Підрозділу, та з дати реєстрації податкових накладних по всіх Підрозділах (числові номери Підрозділів (для податкових накладних) зазначені в Додатку 2 до цього Договору). При цьому акти прийому-передачі наданих послуг зі Сторони Замовника підписуються посадовими особами Підрозділів. Вартість послуг зазначена в рахунку, повинна співпадати з сумою вартості послуг прийнятих згідно відповідних актів прийому-передачі наданих послуг.
