У разі потреби, на письмову вимогу Підрядника, протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником цієї вимоги, згідно Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 №117 Замовник перераховує Підряднику аванс у розмірі до 30 % від вартості річного обсягу робіт, який Підрядник зобов’язується використати на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій та виробів, виконання робіт тощо протягом 3-х місяців моменту отримання цього авансу, з наданням актів приймання виконаних робіт за формою №КБ-2в та довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою №КБ-3. По закінченню вищевказаного терміну, протягом 1 (одного) робочого дня, невикористана сума авансу має бути повернута Замовнику.

Description:

Розрахунки за виконані роботи проводяться на підставі документів про обсяги виконаних підрядних робіт та їх вартість згідно з Актом приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (примірна форма № КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (примірна форма № КБ-3). Оплата здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту підписання первинних документів. Замовник щомісяця на підставі Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (примірна форма № КБ-2в) та Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (примірна форма № КБ-3), наданих не пізніше 23 числа звітного місяця, перераховує Підряднику проміжні платежі за виконані роботи при наявності коштів на рахунку фінансування Об’єкта. Проміжні платежі за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більш як 95 відсотків їх загальної вартості за договірною ціною.
