Відповідно до п.2 ч.17 ст. 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю у разі: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель. Замовнику необхідно внести зміни до технічного завдання, що призведе до зміни назви закупівлі, однак наразі не можливо внести зміни до існуючого плану закупівлі.
