Description:

Постачальник надає Замовнику належним чином оформлені документи: видаткову накладну та рахунок. Розрахунок за фактично поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання товару та видаткової накладної Замовником. У разі несплати Товар буде повернений Постачальнику. 4.2. Розрахунки проводяться у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахунку коштів на рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у розділі XIII, цього Договору. 4.3. В відповідності до частини 1 статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України виникнення платіжних зобов’язань буде проводитися тільки при наявності відповідного бюджетного фінансування. 4.4.У разі затримки у виділенні бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Замовника не застосовуються.
