В період уточнення 27.07.2020 було задано питання, щодо врахування ціни за розподіл, на яке надано помилкову відповідь, оскільки очікувана вартість закупівлі в оголошених відкритих торгах повинна була включати вартість за розподіл електричної енергії, що не передбачено у тендерній документації до даної закупівлі. У зв’язку з цим прийнято рішення про відміну відкритих торгів на підставі пункту 2 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з причини неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
