При розгляді тендерним комітетом ДП «Медзакупівлі України» тендерної пропозиції ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "УКРЕРА" встановлено, що вона не відповідає вимогам тендерної документації, а саме тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації (абзац 2 пункту 2 ч. 1 ст. 31 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"). Відповідно до додатку 1 до тендерної документації замовник встановлює, зокрема, такі вимоги до предмета закупівель: форма випуску: ампули, дозування: 20 мг/мл, одиниця виміру: ампули. ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "УКРЕРА" надало у складі тендерної пропозиції документи, згідно з якими пропонується лікарський засіб з торговою назвою КАФНЕА (розчин для ін'єкцій, 40 мг/2 мл, по 2 мл у флаконі; по 10 флаконів у картонній коробці), форма випуску: флакони, дозування: 40 мг/ 2 мл, одиниця виміру: флакони. Отже, тендерну пропозицію ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "УКРЕРА" слід відхилити, оскільки форма випуску та дозування не відповідають вимогам до предмета закупівлі, передбаченим додатком 1 до тендерної документації.
