Умови оплати передбачені Розділом 2 ВАРТІСТЬ ДОГОВОРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ: 2.5. Оплата за виконані роботи проводиться Замовником на підставі підписаних Сторонами Акту(ів) приймання виконаних будівельних робіт та Довідки(ок) про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт у розмірі не більше 90% від загальної вартості виконаних робіт по Договору з відстрочкою платежу не менше ніж на 45 (сорок п’ять) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акту(ів) приймання виконаних будівельних робіт та Довідки(ок) про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт.

Description:

Умови оплати передбачені Розділом 2 ВАРТІСТЬ ДОГОВОРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ: 2.6. Оплата за виконані роботи у розмірі не більше 10% від загальної вартості виконаних робіт по Договору проводиться Замовником у двотижневий строк після введення Об’єкту в експлуатацію відповідно до чинного законодавства в Україні, та передачі Замовнику комплектної виконавчої документації у чотирьох примірниках 2.7. На підставі окремої заявки та відповідних обґрунтувань Генпідрядника, Замовник має право надавати Генпідряднику аванс.
