У ВИМОГАХ ДО ПРЕДМЕТА ЗАКУПІВЛІ від 15.07.2020 №52.1-02-27 (Редакція 02) в Розділі 1 Специфікація (технічна специфікація) допущена помилка (по позиції №2 Специфікації встановлена вимога вказати розмір – не менше 30 (Учасник повинен вказати конкретний розмір), що є не можливим, оскільки даний товар з таким розміром не існує), яка потребує усунення, що унеможливлює здійснити оцінку пропозицій Учасників. Відмінити визначену Закупівлю на підставі пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону - неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
