Description:

Фінансування робіт здійснюється за рахунок власних коштів Замовника. Оплата вартості робіт за Договором здійснюється в національній валюті України, в безготівковій формі. Замовник для виконання робіт перераховує Виконавцю попередню оплату, не більше ніж 30 % ціни Договору, на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання такого рахунку. Виконавець зобов’язується виконати роботи на суму попередньої оплати протягом 1 (одного) місяця від дати перерахування попередньої оплати та представити Замовнику Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт по формі КБ-2в, Довідку про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою КБ-3.
