У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок, при цьому штрафні санкції до Замовника при затримці оплати не застосовуються.
